Drive regular minivans for local NEMT trips

Aero Transportation is hiring professional drivers in Niagara Falls, NY. Drivers help riders get to medical appointments and other approved transportation needs across Western New York using regular minivans, including Chrysler Pacifica-style vehicles.

What you will do

  • Complete safe, courteous passenger transportation for local NEMT trips.
  • Follow dispatch instructions, pickup notes, and rider-specific directions.
  • Keep vehicles clean, professional, and ready for scheduled trips.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch when timing, access, or rider details change.

Driver qualifications

  • Valid New York State Class E license with passenger endorsement.
  • Clean driving record and the ability to pass required background and drug screening.
  • Age 25 or older, with professional communication and reliable attendance.
  • Comfort using a smartphone, GPS, and trip instructions during the workday.
  • Willingness to complete required NEMT and CTAA-related training.

Work environment

  • Regular minivan transportation, not buses or large commercial vehicles.
  • Local Western New York routes with support from Aero dispatch.
  • Professional passenger service for riders who depend on reliable transportation.

Pay and schedule

Pay starts at $17/hour and may vary depending on experience. Aero operates Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Driver start times are staggered within those hours, and drivers may occasionally need to work later as work demand requires. This position requires the use of the RoutingBox Mobile App for dispatching and navigation. Do you have a smartphone with an active data plan that can run the RoutingBox app and allow location sharing at all times during your shift?
Note: Drivers are required to use their own smart device with GPS and mobile data enabled throughout their scheduled work hours. Aero Transportation does not reimburse for data usage or mobile phone expenses.
